Act of State Declaration

An act exercising the sovereign power of the people which cannot be challenged (or interfered with) by the courts. The Act of State Declaration is a powerful document that is used by those in the sovereign community that have established themselves to be outside of the UNITED STATES Jurisdiction and declared themselves and or their nation as an independent Body Politic.
