This department involves itself with every aspect of the corporation states criminal justice system including but not limited to traffic offenses, misdemeanor and felony actions. NOTE: We CANNOT assist you if your particular matter involves an injured party such as the case with murder, assault, etc... as these offenses violate the common laws of mankind, life, liberty and/or property.

WE DO NOT OFFER LEGAL ADVICE. We are not British Accredited Registry (BAR) lawyers nor do we adhere to their principles, belief and/or use of the corporate states judicial system. We concern ourselves with the use of our own administrative processes and have enjoyed great success!

TRAFFIC CITATIONS

We have received numerous calls and e-mails concerning traffic citations and the need for assistance in this field. Some of you feel that a minor traffic citation is not worth wasting a lot of time dealing with court costs and fines and you would rather just pay the fine and make it go away. We have a process which allows you to walk away from any situation involving these frivolous traffic citations and file criminal complaints against those whom attempted to extort you! CRIMINAL CASES
