A tip on naming your trust: With many DMVs, if you mention ‘trust’, they’ll give you another form to fill out and may look for some sort of IRS identifying number. How much of a hassle that will be depends upon which state you're in, so to simplify matters, avoid using the word ‘trust’ in the name.

Name of Trust - suggestions: "[Whatever] Enterprises", "[Whatever] Holdings", etc.
